Questions about our services

Are you solicitors?

No. Renters Rights Toolkit is not a firm of solicitors and does not give regulated legal advice or represent anyone in court. We help you organise documents and evidence, and with your consent we can introduce you to an independent solicitor.

How much do your services cost?

It depends on what is needed, so we reply to your inquiry with the scope and any cost before you commit. If a free template, a free adviser or one of our free tools will solve your problem, we will tell you.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover every region of England, from London and the South East to the North West and North East. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have different renting laws, so we point people there to local advice services.

Can I have an online appointment?

Yes. All our services are provided remotely. Choose email, a phone call or a video appointment on the inquiry form, and we will arrange a time in UK time.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

You confirm your email with a 6-digit code, then we read your inquiry and reply by email or phone. We will explain the next step and never pass your details to anyone without your agreement.

Tell us what you need

Send us the details and we will reply with a clear next step. Your details stay private and are never passed to a solicitor or anyone else without your agreement.
